To Make Changes To Your Mailbox or Routing Box

(If Routing Box:) Dial the Gateway number, which is 813-882-5882 or 800-421-5478. When prompted to enter mailbox number, enter: ________________ (this is your owner's box). Enter your password. Your password is: ________________. Recording will announce number of messages in box, then give options:

(If Mail Box:) Dial your forwarding/mailbox number, which is _________________. When the voicemail picks up, immediately press the # sign. Enter your password. Your password is ________________. Recording will announce number of messages in box, then give options:

** Press (1) to listen to messages.
      ** Press (2) to send a message (not available)
      ** Press (3) to change your options
      ** Press (#) to exit your mailbox

To change your options, press (3) and choose from the following:

      ** Press (1) to record your name
      ** Press (2) to record your greeting
      ** Press (3) to change your password
      ** Press (#) to return to the main menu

To record your greeting, press (2), the system will then prompt you to:

(If Routing Box:) enter the box number you wish to record the greeting for. To change greeting for the main box (routing box) enter: ____________ To change greeting for a mail/chain box or owner's box, enter that box number:

      Box # 1, enter: ________
      Box # 2, enter: ________
      Box # 3, enter: ________
      Box # 4, enter: ________
      Box # 5, enter: ________
      Box # 6, enter: ________
      Box # 7, enter: ________
      Box # 8, enter: ________
      Box # 9, enter: ________
      Box # 0, enter: ________

After selecting which box (If Routing Box) OR after selecting (2) "to record your greeting" (If Mail Box) choose from the following:

      ** Press (1) to replay the greeting
      ** Press (2) to re-record the greeting
      ** Press (3) to delete the greeting
      ** Press (5) to choose a new greeting (not available)
      ** Press (#) to exit.

To record or re-record the greeting, press (2) and follow the directions for recording the greeting.
